1st Line Support
1st Line Support Engineer - Win7/8/10, Office365, IT Support
£21-23k per annum - Norwich
CloudScope are looking for a 1st line support professional for one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry. You will be tasked to be the first point of contact and support for internal IT solutions across the business. This is a great oppurtunity for someone experienced in 1st line to fast track to 2nd with fantastic training.
Responsibilites:
- First point of contact for internal IT support
- Supporting internal PC's - Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 2016
- Setting up client email accounts and website hosting in Linux and Windows environments
- Installing and upgrading software
- Administrating IP Phone systems and supporting internal applications
- Escalate 2nd line support to relevant parties
- Confident providing over the phone with a professional and friendly manner
- Passion for and a good level of knowledge around IT
- Previous experience in the outsourced IT industry would help but is not essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary : £21 - 23k DOE
Commute: Thetford, Cromer, Dereham, Acle, Attleborough, Wymondham, Wroxham, Watton
Working Hours: 9AM - 17:30PM with an hour for lunch and flexible start time
Who would suit this role?
This role would suit someone looking for their first or second role in IT Support. You will either have 6 months to a years' experience in an IT environment or have a relevant, entry level accreditation such as ITIL or CompTIA and be looking for your first role in the industry.
